Feedback from Parents: I was extremely impressed by this seminar. It was informative, re- assuring, humorous and clear. John is a talented, clever and intui- tive man, well bestowed with common sense. His depth of under- standing in humanity itself, unpins his knowledge. He re-assured us all that good parenting is all it really takes to keep our kids safe. Thank you Ohaupo School. Kerry T The evening was fantastic, John presenting in an interesting, attention grabbing way and kept it relevant. He didn't get into scaring us off using the internet but he gave us practical tips and information on how we can help keep our kids safe online Sam T The presenter’s notes are available on www.ohaupo.school.nz

Planning for 2017 Thank you to those parents and caregivers who have notified the office of a pre-enrolment or an impending departure for 2017. I have had a number of requests from out of zone parents who will need to apply through a ballot for possible available spaces in 2017. The results of the ballot will be dependent on the number of stu-dents whom are in our enrolment zone and have as right di-rect access to their education at Ōhaupō School. If you have a child or know of a child who resides in out enrolment zone and who is intending or may be intending to attend Ōhaupō School in 2017/18 can you please urge them to contact the school office. This is very important for our future planning.
