    The Textile and Garment sectors are playing vital role in Bangladesh economy. These industry generates 75% of the total export business for Bangladesh. Pres-

    ently in Bangladesh there are only three accredited laboratories like BV, ITS, SGS.With the growth of the industry, the laboratory services in Bangladesh has notgrown considerably. In order to make Bangladesh competitive in all sphere of gar-ments and textile industry, the management of DBL GROUP has taken the initia-tive to set up TEXTILE TESTING SERVICES LIMITED ( TTSL ) for further strength-ening the laboratory service in Bangladesh. This laboratory is setup in the gar-ment & textile zone to provide prompt service compared to other laboratorywhich are city based.

    TTSL has been assessed and accredited in accordance with the standard ISO/IEC17025:2005 by NABL ( National Accreditation Board for Testing and CalibrationLaboratories, Department of Science & Technology, INDIA ). The Certificate num-bers : T-1724 for CHEMICAL TESTING & T-1725 for MECHANICAL TESTING [ Issuedate : 08/03/2010, Valid until :07/03/2012 ]

    TERMS & CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS

    1. TEXTILE TESTING SERVICES LTD. agrees to provide services in accordance with and subject to the terms andconditions herein contained. The conditions may only be modified by a variation expressed in writing andsigned on behalf of the company by Managing Director and no other action on the part of the company or TTSLemployees or agents or any body shall be construed as an acceptance of other terms and conditions.

    2. The company acts for the person or body from whom the request to provide services has originated. No otherparty is entitled to give instruction to the company unless agreed by the company.

    3. TTSL ensure that all necessary measures are taken for safety and security of working conditions, sites andinstallations during the performance of the required services.

    4. The test report is issued solely by the company. It is intended for the exclusive use of client and shall not bepublished , used for advertising purposes, copied or replicated for distribution to any others persons or entry orotherwise publicly disclosed without the prior written consent of the company. If client anticipates using thetest report in any legal proceeding arbitration, dispute resolution forum or other proceeding, it shall so notifythe company prior to submitting the sample for testing.

    5. The names, service marks, trademark and copyrights of the company and its affiliates, including the namesTEXTILE TESTING SERVICES LTD are and shall remain the sole property of the company or its affiliates and shallnot be used by client except.

    6. The company may in its sole discretion destroy samples which have been submitted to the company for testingand which have not been destroyed in the course of testing . The company may delegate the performance of allor portion of the services contemplated hereunder to an affiliate, agent or subcontractor of company , and clientconsents to such delegation.

    7. The company may from time to time permit client to access test request form. The test report and othercommunications by means of e-mail transmissions with the company. Client acknowledges that any suchtransmission will not be encrypted and hence, will not be confidential , that such transmission may be read andintercepted by third parties and that the electronic version of a test request form.

    8. The company represents and warrants solely to client that the test report will be free of any material error oromission caused by the negligence of the company. If client desires to assert a claim for breach of the foregoingwarranty, it must submit a claim to the company within 60 days after the date of issuance of the test report toclient.

    9. These conditions of testing shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the local laws of thecountry where the company performs the tests.
