The high-capacity front hopper TF 1512 is not only ideal for seeding crops and plant cover, it also serves as a fertiliser hopper, making a powerful combination.

AN ALL-ROUNDER HOPPERThe TF 1512 hopper can be coupled with seed drills, precision seed drills or tillage tools. It is the versatile seeding solution: a single hopper for several functions related to seeding, fertilisation and establishment of cover crops. The hopper TF 1512 is easy to use on the one hand thanks to its technicality but all the more because of its ISOBUS compatibility.

BOOST YOUR DRILLING PERFORMANCEImproved load balance between front and rear axles facilitates manoeuvring and reduces soil compaction. With a capacity of 2,000 L with extension and transport width of 2.50 m, the hopper offers high autonomy, easy handling and a compact design.

VARIED APPLICATIONS

The TF 1512 front hopper can be coupled to seed drills, precision seed drills and tillage tools. This allows you to establish a crop, deliver fertiliser or sow cover crops.

It is also available with a 4-wheel front packer to level the soil between the tractor wheels, or with a support frame to prevent soil compaction. In both cases fitting additional weights enables adapting the balance of the tractor-machine unit.

AS ACCURATE AS POSSIBLE

The VENTA metering unit with volumetric flutings is capable of distributing seeds, fertiliser and cover crops without any additional equipment. All central parts are made of stainless steel, no need for tools or dismantling for maintenance. Electrically driven, it is possible to modulate the application rate during work, either manually or from an application map.

It can also be controlled with a QUANTRON S-2 control box providing complete and precise seed management with the following functions:

- electronic drill management,- manual or automatic application rate modulation using GPS for

great field starts,- storage of data and seed calibration settings for 200 fields,- work counter,- pre and post emergence symmetrical or asymmetrical tramlining

of 2 to 12 passages.

SIMPLE TO USE

The calibration button is located close to the metering unit to launch the calibration test without having to step into the tractor cabin. The TF 1512 hopper exists in ISOBUS version: control the machine with an ISOBUS CCI terminal or the tractor’s ISOBUS terminal.

Designed for drilling combinations with power harrows, the rigid BTF and folding BTFR seeding bars work just as well in ploughed land as min-tilled.In combination with a front hopper, the tractor’s rear-axle load is reduced resulting in better tractor/machine balance. QUALITY SEEDINGThe SEEDFLEX seeding unit is fitted on a parallelogram for controlled seeding depth with press wheels in all conditions and at high groundspeed. The large 35cm spacing between first and second row allows easy passage even in heavy soils. The seeding depth adjustment is centralised, easily carried out by hydraulic cylinders with spacers. The covering harrow with universal tines provides a perfect finish.

SECURED ROAD TRANSPORTThe removable transport system integrates two large diameter wheels that are easily and quickly removed without tool. The front axle load allows respecting maximum authorised weight and load regulations. The integrated coulter bar offers a balance that provides outstanding driving comfort.

EASY SETTINGSThe seeding depth and coulter pressure can be adjusted hydraulically. The circuit selector KLH 104 allows coulter bar folding, lift and height adjustment as well as the top link adjustment. A single double acting valve is required.

EASY ATTACHMENT WITH THE POWER HARROWCoulter bar coupling and uncoupling are easily performed without tool. Use of the power harrow solo is possible owing to the hydraulic coulter bar lift that allows carrying out a seeding-free passage without uncoupling. The coulter bar being attached to the roller frame, no need to readjust the seeding depth when the power harrow working depth is modified!

COMBILINER VENTA CSC 6000

The coulter bar on the COMBILINER VENTA CSC 6000 is fully guided by the roller. This provides many advantages:

- Stability and ground adaptation even in stony conditions,

- The power harrow can disengage easily should it hit an obstacle,

- No need to readjust the coulter bar settings when changing the working depth of the harrow,

- The coulter bar has a hydraulic lift system making it possible to work solo with the power harrow.

High coulter clearance in lift position is a safety feature for manoeuvres.

RELIABILITY AND PRECISIONThe VENTA centralised metering system by volumetric fluting is renowned for its simple design and precise metering of seeds of any size.

It manages application rates from 1 to 430 kg/ha and a single setting is all that is necessary to change seed type (or fertiliser). Just shift a plate to change from work position to calibration. Resistant to jolting and vibrations, output is respected when calibrated to a fixed setting and there is less risk of clogging.

EASY HANDLINGThe removable transport frame carries the weight of the combination during road travel. Maximum authorised load on the rear axle and the tractor’s gross weight rating are respected. It is equipped with large-diameter pivoting twin wheels and is easy to remove with its semi-automatic linkage system, so it can be left at the end of the field to lighten the load while working. For road transport, the hydraulic top link is set to float position to ensure smooth driving, even on bumpy roads.

YOUR COMFORT IS IMPORTANT TO USCOMBILINER VENTA CSC 6000 is equipped with the KLH 104 (2) circuit selector as standard. It controls:- folding/unfolding of the combination,- coulter bar lift,- coulter bar height adjustment,- hydraulic top link.

A double acting hydraulic valve is all that is required to control the four functions.

EASY SETTINGSAdapt the settings of the seed drill to working conditions precisely and easily from your tractor seat. Both seeding depth and coulter pressure can be adjusted hydraulically from the tractor cab. Two cylinders with spacers (1) serve as setting points for nominal seeding depth and coulter pressure.

Also member of the AEF (AGRICULTURAL INDUSTRY ELECTRONICS FOUNDATION), our objec-tive is to set and develop the ISOBUS standard in cooperation with equipment manufacturers to provide what’s best. Very user-friendly, CCI terminals include multiple applications as standard for easier management. Other applications can be activated on request later on. The new AEF-certified ISOBUS CCI 1200 terminal focuses on three priorities: performance, visibility and flexibility. It allows you to intuitively control your machines with its large 30.5 cm (12.1) anti-reflective touchscreen. It is capable of simultaneously displaying different essential information, supporting the connection of a joystick and the connection with a camera. Among its most innovative applications, it is compatible with a biomass sensor, capable of performing guidance assistance and modulating/controlling application rates by GPS!

VISTAFLOW is an intelligent tramlining valve that monitors the passage of seeds inside the tubes. Equipping the distribution head of the seed drill with a VISTAFLOW tramlining valve on all rows allows achieving all the tramlining rhythms as well as controlling the passage of the seeds in each row.

MAKE YOUR LIFE EASIER with universal tramlining

Tramlining becomes possible even when seed drill and sprayer or spreader working widths are incompatible. Owing to this revolution, no more moving valves or tubes on the seeding units! Access additional functionalities such as the seed drill half-width shut-off (to left or right) and shutting off every other row which are functions directly controlled in the cabin.

The interface also allows saving different configurations for subsequent faster use. It saves the following tramlining configurations: working width, wheel and track width of sprayer or self-propelled sprayer and fertiliser spreader.

Smart monitoring and anti-clogging detection or absolute peace of mindVISTAFLOW tramlining valves are equipped with an intelligent monitoring and detection system. If a clogging appears within the distribution head, the control terminal screen automatically flags the clogged row with an alert message to notify the user as quickly as possible.

On the distribution head, the red LED display directly identifies the valve with a faulty seed descent. The ease of use and ergonomics of the KUHN interface of the ISOBUS terminal allow in addition easy access to the favorite tramlining configuration recordings, fast and intuitive access to the automatic functions built into the interface
