The State of the IndustryIf so, you’re not alone. There are thousands of people who are underserved or overlooked by the financial services industry – many of them being middle-income families – and who may not be properly prepared for retirement. The financial services industry itself, however, may not be prepared to meet this growing need. In fact:

CompensationAs a representative with Transamerica Financial Advisors, your compensation is based on:
Personal IncomeWhen you help families and write new business you earn a commission. As you reach certain preset levels, your commission percentage increases. You can reach out to anyone who has a need — there are no limits to the number of clients you can serve.
* Certain restrictions apply.** Field force refers to all associates of World Financial Group, Inc.
Agency IncomeAs you grow your business you have the opportunity to mentor and coach Representatives. As these Representatives write new business, you earn a portion of the overall commissions.
Expansion IncomeThere are no geographic territories to limit your growth, you can expand anywhere in the United States and certain U.S. territories.* With this growth there is potential to earn income from the teams you develop.
Bonus IncomeQualified leaders can earn a pro-rata share of an override on the entire field force.** Your portion of the bonus can grow based on your organization’s production and increase your earning potential.

Recurring IncomeA big step in your professional growth is becoming an Investment Advisor Representative (IAR). As an IAR, through the use of approved third-party money managers, you can offer professional money management to your clients, which can provide you with recurring income.
The following chart is an example of the Assets Placed Under Management (APUM) growth and increase in fees paid to an Investment Advisor Representative annually when the APUM grows at a rate of 8%, compounded annually, after 10 and 20 years.*

* APUM after 10 and 20 years assumes an 8% annual compounded rate of return net of fees and assumes no taxes, fees or additional contributions. The investment is compounded annually. The chart shown is hypothetical and is not intended to represent a typical case. Both return and principal value of investments will fluctuate over time. It is unlikely that any one rate of return will be sustained over time. Fluctuations in value will affect the income paid to an IAR.
** Recurring income is payable annually at .0099% of the total APUM times the .65% SMD payout. The example shown is hypothetical.
