To Whom It May Concern:
Please accept this as a letter of participation for Brittany Ferguson. As Volunteer Coordinator at IMG Canada, I accepted Brittany as Fashion Environment Volunteer Toronto Fashion Week Fall 2016 Collections. Brittany assisted primarily with our front of the house operations throughout the week. She also played an important role in pre-event set up and décor the weekend before the event. Brittany’s duties consisted of greeting all guests, media, sponsors and VIP guests as they entered the Fashion Environment. She was familiar with all the designers and event times for all studio and runway shows. Brittany was well aware of the venue and the location of popular destinations such as sponsor lounges, the main bar, café and washrooms. The Fashion Environment Team replenished all magazines, guidebooks and media and always ensured the areas were organized and presentable. Lastly, she assisted media and sponsors with their activations and stations. It was a pleasure working with Brittany Ferguson and she has certainly gained many insights into the Fashion and Events Industry.
