THE CRS INDEPENDENT CONSULTANT EARNINGS OPPORTUNITY The following information is based on all cost segregation studies produced over the last 12 months. Every year averages vary slightly, however the averages that are illustrated are within plus or minus five percent year over year. Fees we offer our clients vary by property type, value and details and range from $5,000 and $9,000. If they are doing multiple properties in the same area, there may be a discount, and if the property is exceptionally large and complex, the fee could be more, however the above range is very typical. 2018 total gross average fee was $6,825.00 Base travel cost for a live walk through of the property is $500.00 2018 total net average fee was $6,325.00 Total engineering fee is 60% or $3,795 of the 2018 average net fee Total Commissionable amount is 40% or $2,530 of the average 2018 net fee
