Banks and Brokers Golf
The Banks and Brokers Golf Championship takes place for the 6th consecutive year in
2011. The event is open to all Banks, Broking Houses, Building Societies, Investment
Companies, Credit Analysts, Hedge Funds, Financial Accountants, Insurance companies
and any other individuals and organizations operating in and around the financial
services sector.
The incentives to teams taking part in the events include:

The Championship Format
Teams of four golfers compete at 2 qualifying
rounds which will be held at the following UK
venues:
Brocket Hall Golf Club, 6th June 2011
East Sussex National, 1st July 2011
The top three scoring teams from each round
qualify to play in The Grand Final which will be
held at the world famous Emirates Golf Club in
Dubai in October
Great prizes will be awarded at each of the
qualifier rounds to the winning team, runner up
team and third placed team. A number of further
prizes will be awarded in addition to fun prizes
such as longest drive and nearest the pin

Online: All sectors of the media now have “dual” channel with regards to their

For the first time the event will be filmed in B-roll format with the footage
distributed to trade, radio and TV outlets. It will be filmed in 16.9 broadcast
quality with a version also created which will be compatible with clients and
commercial partners websites
A short marketing film / viral will also be created which can run on the Banks
and Brokers website and on sponsors website for their own promotional use
The TV footage will also be distributed via a third party such as Reuters or
APTN. Reuters has 650 clients globally and APTN has 800 clients

Al Jazeera for further exposure
