GORU 18MELABORATION
We select the best grape from our 50-year-old low production vines, located at an altitude of 900 metres. We harvest the grape at their optimum moment in an artesanal way in boxes of 15 kg. We conduct separate vinification processes for each variety. The malolactic fermentation is done in our new american and french oak barrels.
FOOD PAIRING
Red meats, wild meats, sirloin with foie and black fruit, caramelized meat, goose, roasted lamb, Iberian cold meat, stews, blue cheese, cured goat and sheep cheeses.
TASTING NOTES
From the beginning it produces an engaging repertoire of aromas, perfected by the perfume of sweet cherries and rose-water, with highlighted notes of chocolate, cinnamon and vanilla.Followed by a rich mix of succulent fruit-driven flavours which fill the pallet, sparked by the nuances of spices, wild strawberry and pear. The long perseverance at the end, which is gripping, alluring, and lingering, is the identity of this iconic wine.

This wine is the result of a rigorous selection process, choosing only the best grapes from the Monastrell, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon variety. The grapes were harvested in the third week of October at their optimum ripening point in 15 kg boxes. The selected fruit were chosen by the same wise hands that did it the previous year. The grapes corresponding to each variety were macerated in contact with the skin and fermented for 20/30 days at a controlled temperature of 28ºC. It has spent 12 months in new french and american oak barrels.

TASTING NOTES
Intense cherry-red colour with violet shades. Delicate black fruit aroma with high roast and smoky features. Structured, subtle and smart palate, ripe appetising and a sweet tannins marked by elegance.
FOOD PAIRING
Beefsteak with mushrooms, hare, partridge, leg of Lamb suckling, lamb, smoked meats, stews and rice with meat, hake stewed, salmon, codfish and red tuna, aubergine with parmesan, blue cheese and cured cheese.

Pork meat, veal, fish, cured and semi-cured cheese, stews, sirloin and salads.
TASTING NOTES
Deep-red coloured wine with purple edges, stands out because of its intense aroma of red and ripe fruit, pleasantly creamy, accompanied with touches of toasted tones. It is fruity and flavourful in the mouth, meaty and toasted with a sost and ripe tannins. Reminiscent of vanilla and cinnamon.

Shiny golden-yellow, ample ripe fruit aroma with typical floral notes of Moscatel grapes. Long, greasy in the mouth and leaves a pleasant white grape taste.
