3-5 Mins

EVERYONE’S ATTENTION SPAN

All electronic communication: (e.g., emails, texts, social posts, etc.)Capture their attention within 3-5 seconds. After that, their attention will wander

All face-to-face communication: (meetings, presentations, as well as virtual face-to-face: teleconferences, videoconferences, etc. )People will give you their attention for 3-5 minutes.

If you need their attention longer than that, you will need to re-earn itin 5-minute increments
