Brinkley Smithers Golf InvitationalWednesday, September 19, 2012The Creek and Piping Rock Clubs, Locust Valley, NYThe tournament will be held in tribute to past Board Director Michael Schaffield, who leadership and commitment to LICADD’s mission is greatly missed. Registration begins at 10:30am. Participants will have their choice of playing at The Creek (shotgun start at 12:30pm) or Piping Rock Club, (shotgun start at 12:00 noon), each located in Locust Valley, New York. Join us for the Diamonds in the Rough Dinner at The Creek, following the tournament. The Reception and Silent Auction will begin at 5:30pm and the Dinner and Live Auction will begin at 6:30pm. Individual player spots are available beginning at $750 and foursomes at $2,800 each. Sponsorship opportunities are available. Field is limited and early reservations are highly recommended. Long Island Expressway (495) to Exit 39 N (Glen Cove Road). Proceed north for approx. 5 miles. At fork bear

left onto Route 107N. Proceed on 107N for 1 mile to end. At the Glen Cove Firehouse, turn right onto Brewster

Street, which will become Forest Avenue. Proceed 1.5 miles to Lattingtown Road. Bear left onto Lattingtown

Road down slight hill next to the Locust Valley sign. Proceed 1 mile to traffic light and bear left. Proceed to next
