successfully delivered evidence-

based programs designed to

prevent and treat substance

abuse and addiction. With

offices in Mineola, Ronkonkoma

and Riverhead, LICADD offers

crisis intervention, screening,

brief interventions, referrals

to treatment (SBIRT), and

planned family interventions

to local residents struggling

with addiction. Our prevention

programs include the Too Good for

Drugs program, parent workshops,

alcohol education classes, and

professional trainings. Our

Employee Assistance Program

serves 60,000 employees

and their families, providing

confidential assistance,

supervisory training and critical

incident stress debriefing (CISD).

Long Island Expressway (495) to Exit 39 N (Glen Cove Road). Proceed north for approx. 5 miles. At fork bear

left onto Route 107N. Proceed on 107N for 1 mile to end. At the Glen Cove Firehouse, turn right onto Brewster

Street, which will become Forest Avenue. Proceed 1.5 miles to Lattingtown Road. Bear left onto Lattingtown

Road down slight hill next to the Locust Valley sign. Proceed 1 mile to traffic light and bear left. Proceed to next

traffic light. Club entrance is across intersection.
