I-95 Traveling North or South Exit 47 to Route 34 West to Exit 1. Follow signs to enter the Air Rights Garage (As soon as you enter expressway, merge onto left lane and follow signage).

I-91 Traveling South Exit 1 to Route 34 West to Exit 1. Follow signs to enter the Air Rights Garage (As soon as you enter expressway, merge onto left lane and follow signage).

Walking Directions: Air Rights Garage to Park Street Auditorium Park in the General Air Rights Garage section, as the Smilow section is reserved for Smilow patients only.

Once parked, take elevator/stairwell to the 4th floor of the parking garage. Please walk to the Smilow Cancer Hospital Park St. Atrium Entrance, which is located on the fourth floor of the parking garage. Once you enter, take the stairs or elevator down to the 2nd floor. You will see the YaleCME registration table outside the auditorium.

OR if parking elsewhere, you will enter the hospital on the ground level. Please proceed to the elevators in Smilow Cancer Hospital lobby, and go to the fourth floor (Feel free to ask front desk directions to Smilow elevators upon entering hospital). Once you arrive on the fourth floor, follow overhead signs labeled “Bridge to Air Rights Garage”. You will cross the indoor bridge and take the elevator down to the 2nd floor. You will see the YaleCME registration table outside the auditorium.

Air Rights Garage, 66 York St, New Haven, CT. Open 24 hours a day and located between North and South Frontage roads, straddling York St. The garage is owned and managed by the city of New Haven Parking Authority. The costs to park in Air Rights Garage General Section parking, set by the NH Parking Authority, are as follows: $3 hourly fee up to 4 hours; $12 flat fee for 4–10 hour max; $18 flat fee for daily max (10–24 hours). If you choose to park in the Smilow Cancer Hospital section of Air Rights Garage, which we strongly discourage, there is a daily flat rate of $25.00 regardless of time spent.
