About Anquan Boldin Foundation

The Anquan Boldin Foundation or Q81 Foundation, established in 2004, is dedicated to

expanding the educational and life opportunities of underprivileged children. As evidenced by

the charitable activities in Arizona, Baltimore, San Francisco and Boldin’s home State of Florida,

the Q81 Foundation has a ten-year history of helping Educational After-School Programs,

All-Star Football Camps, College Academic Scholarship Programs, Dental Programs, Life

Insurance Programs, Nutritional Education, Food Distribution, Back 2 School Supplies, and

Home Energy Programs. The Q81 Foundation, partnered with Florida Crystals, conducts an

eight-week Q81 Summer Enrichment Program with a success rate increase of student GPA at

76%, enabling them eligible to play sports the following Fall term. The Foundation conducts

annual Thanksgiving and Holiday Shopping Sprees and offers VIP Sporting Excursions to

underprivileged children locally, nationally and globally. Anquan Boldin is a Global Human

Rights Advocate and Spokesman for Oxfam America, testifying before Congress in 2013 on

SAN FRANCISCO 49ersAnquan Boldin is a professional football player with an 11-year, well-proven track record for contributing to team success, leadership and work ethic. Boldin demonstrated All-Pro attributes for his team, the San Francisco 49ers, having completed the 2013 regular season with his most receptions in a single season since 2008 at 85 catches; with most receiving yards in a year since 2006 at 1,179 yards; and most touchdown grabs in a year since 2010 with 7 TDs. And though only a catch away from achieving another Super Bowl run, Boldin’s Playoff performance established him statistically as the best wide-receiver in the NFL with a career total of 68 receptions, 1,033 receiving yards, and eight touchdowns. Anquan Boldin was voted the 49ers 2013 MVP Award and presented with the prestigious Bill Walsh Award

for his amazing ability on the field

BALTIMORE RAVENSBoldin saw it clearly in 2012, that his team, the Baltimore Ravens, could bring home the Lombardi Trophy. After catching 65 passes for 921 yards and four touchdowns during the regular season, Boldin hauled in 22 catches for 380 yards and four touchdowns in the playoffs, as he averaged 17.3 yards per reception. His catches and receiving yards were both Ravens single-season playoff records. The Super Bowl was a classic game for Boldin, a continuation of his historic postseason. Boldin caught 6 passes for 104 yards, including a 13-yard touchdown catch, during a 34-31 win over the San Francisco 49ers at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome. The Baltimore Ravens was and continues to be a place called home, with Boldin expressing respect for both the franchise and fans. As a Raven, Boldin became the fastest player in NFL history to record 600 career receptions. Boldin also recorded the 700th reception of his career as the third fastest all time. Boldin’s accolades in the community was awarded the

2010 and 2012 Ravens Walter Payton Man of the Year.

ARIZONA CARDINALSBoldin started his NFL career as an Arizona Cardinal, earning enormous achievements with five, 1,000 yard seasons. On November 15, 2009 in a game against the Seattle Seahawks, Boldin became the fifth fastest NFL player ever to gain 7,000 receiving yards. In 2008 Boldin helped lead his team to their first ever Superbowl as well as his third Pro Bowl season. He demonstrated true team player skills and leadership that season after a triumphant return

from a horrific hit causing surgery procedures to correct a fractured facial bone.
