Face the Reality

• You are unhappy. Acknowledge it!• Its not because you want to be unhappy, its

because you don’t know how to be happy.• You have been running after things, people,

situations in hope of happiness. • Its YOU who has created the conditions – to

be happy only when such and such conditions are met!

When will you be happy?

• All people have targets – choosing conditions when they will find happiness. It’s a choice.

• Why later? Why conditions at all?• Why not be happy RIGHT now?• Of course you can’t be happy NOW because

you are not contented with whatever you have.

• You have been listening to your mind!

What is MIND?

• Mind is doubt! It breaks and dissects.• Mind is a question. Education supports it.• Mind is all that is broken, incomplete, hurtful

and resentful. Society is based on it.• Mind is a weapon, it harms the owner first.• Mind is MISERY. Its not you. Mind is not you.• Listen to your HEART to go beyond the MIND

But I was told..

• Humanity is a creation of mind. What you were told has only brought you misery…

• Social system wants you to fall in its place, just like a brick, so you were educated and trained to use your mind to compete, to fight, but not to relax. What have you been competing for?

• What you have in your mind is what you have learnt from books. It is not life, It’s a repeat.

• To live, you will need to unplug yourself from all the nonsense and realize. That’s the only way.

What is this Life?

• This Life is but just another chance you got to experience matter. It is eternal. Its magical.

• You have come back in many a bodies, in almost every form, to experience existence.

• What you experience in life is nothing, but your own mind. What LIFE you are living is – Universe in totality reflected through your MIND.

• Life is sacred. Its time you treated it with love, care and respect.

How to be Contended?

• To be contended one needs to be sensitive. For you will see the blessings you have and what other’s don’t have.

• To be contended you need to thank the universe every moment. What will happen with all this thanking? You will become humble!

• When you become humble the doors of understanding will open and you will see the world with an ever growing understanding.

• Besides contentment it brings warmth and joy.

How to Listen to your HEART?

• Open your eyes to belief. Be a child again. Stop dividing and dissecting the universe. It is just ONE. They key is to Trust it and accept it.

• What relation ship you have with the UNIVERSE is one from your HEART. Not Mind.

• It is not a business of Giving and taking. It is only about GIVING. More you give, more joy comes to you. Try it. Make this a special day for someone.

• Listen to the small voice and IGNORE YOUR MIND COMPLETELY.

Ways of the HEART

• Our bodies are fragile and our hearts are just a mass of tissue. To keep it going for long, start loving, helping and caring for everyone, everything around you.

• Be sensitive. It’s OK. Create stuff, be an artist.• Be open to Universe. When you find hunger,

feed it, when you find the Universe alone and in misery, be the one to give shelter.

Worship your Body

• Feed your body as you would feed the Gods.• Give it nutrition, without harming other life

forms.• What you eat will become your body. So

consuming flesh from an animal bred in captivity will only add misery to your system.

• Eat Light, eat less and work more. Physical activity keeps your body and mind healthy.

How to Relax?

• Stop running in your head. It’s a bad habit.• Sit down and relax. Relax in every fiber of your

body. Every atom.• Realize that this moment is all there is. No

thoughts are required. Just breathe.• Breathe and observe body sensations. • Be a witness to change – in thoughts,

emotions, feelings, body sensations.

The Technique

• This exercise is to be done before you sleep. Just lie in bed, eyes closed and go deep into body sensations.

• Forgive people who hurt you. They need LOVE.• Forgive yourself for all wrong you done to others.• Send love to everyone you know. All need LOVE.• Let your heart be full of light filling your body and

your room. Glow with LOVE & drift into sleep.

The Technique - Continue

• Next morning, as you wake, just observe your mind. Just be a witness, stop listening to it.

• Breathe as you do everything and observe body sensations. Do this all day long.

• Feel the sunshine, feel the rain, feel your skin, feel the muscles as you walk, feel the air.

• Thank the universe for abundance. Smile and radiate the warmth in your heart.

Keys to Happiness - Remember

• Nothing is GOOD or BAD. This is in Mind.• Maintain EQUANIMITY at all times.• The world is ONE. Only the mind divides it.• Observe your mind constantly, never

participate in its madness.• Hate, anger, violence will disturb your mind

and body, where as loving, caring and sharing will keep you calm and relaxed.

Accept yourself - Be yourself..

• Be what ever you are. Its fine. Its OK.• Don’t be anyone for anyone. Its all in the

mind. Wear that dress, even if no one likes it.• Forget what you learnt till date. It was all that

others said and experienced – NOT YOU. • Its time you experienced life on your own.

Accept yourself in totality. You are perfect.• What you keep in your mind is what you are.

Share Happiness

• The secret to Happiness is sharing it.• Don’t just Read what I wrote – Practice it.• Don’t take everything too seriously. Laugh it off.• Smile often. Not just for yourself, for others too.• Help others. Be sensitive to others needs.• Be Genuine. Stop copying or falling under peer

pressure.• Let the light enter your Heart. Glow with it.

Must Do’s – Unplug Yourself NEO

• Stop reading Newspapers. Its their job to create juicy stuff and sell it. Does it really matter to you?

• Reading NEWS only aggravates you because you can do nothing about it.

• Stop watching News. It’s the same stuff only graphic and more violent.

• Limit watching TV. They only broadcast to make you a consumer. Sales requires creating pain, so that you buy what they want to sell.

• You don’t need any NEGATIVITY. Protect yourself.

Think Good - Do Good – Feel Good

• Whatever you do, do it to help others. Do it from your heart. When your mind tells not to trust, trust anyway. Go with will of the Universe. Accept change with Equanimity.

• Go beyond reasons, listen to your heart. All the good thoughts are no good if you do no good.

• Make your presence full of warmth and nurturing. Glow with LOVE in your HEART!

• Use soft words, be kind, be gentle. Send and receive positivity. Be one with Universe.
