The Grid helps rank problems or issues

generated through brainstorming, using

weighted criteria that are important to

project and organization.

When do we use it ?

- To prioritize a list of items to select and

decide a further action

- Often used in the project selection process

The Eisenhower Grid

- When using the Eisenhower Grid, you

organize your tasks according to their

importance and their urgency

1) Critical and Do Now

2) Critical, but Do Later

3) Not Critical, but Do Now

4) Not Critical and Do Later

1-3-9 Prioritization Grid

- It’s a system designed to get a lot of workdone by arranging tasks in order of theirimportance

- You organize your tasks into four levels, based on importance and priority level

* 1 very important task

* 3 somewhat important tasks

* 9 less important tasks

* the rest of your tasks

Effort-Impact Grid

- It arranges priority based on a

combination of effort and impact.
