In homage to Marc Bolan, the lead singer of T. Rex, our elegant Bolan Room situated at the rear of our pub, lends itself perfectly to larger wedding parties looking for a flexible space to make their own. The Bolan Room is the perfect place to host your wedding breakfast, arrival canapés or even your evening drinks. Suitable for all seasons with our British seasonal menu boasting of provenance

and our extensive wine list to keep your guests suitably fed and watered.

L O C A T I O NWe’re a mere stroll away from Barnes Bridge Station. There is free parking after midday during

the week and anytime at weekends right outside the pub.

D I S A B L E D A C C E S SOur ground floor is fully accessible, however there is no disabled access to the upper floor. Please

contact us before your visit if you have any queries about accessibility.

E Q U I P M E N TWe have a large flat screen television in our Melrose Room which is HDMI compatible, perfect

for photo slideshows! We have surround-sound speakers with a standard headphone jack, and our events team has plenty of live band and DJ recommendations at their fingertips.

S E C U R I N G Y O U R B O O K I N GWe are delighted to provisionally hold a booking date for your event for up to a maximum of

14 days. Should we receive another enquiry during this time please be aware that we reserve the right to ask you for immediate confirmation in writing, or we may release the date due to popular

demand.

C O N F I R M A T I O N , D E P O S I T & P R E - P A Y M E N TYour booking is provisional until we receive the deposit payment. This payment will secure

your celebration and date with us. Once requested the deposit must be returned within 10 days otherwise the date may be released. All payments must be settled in full prior to or on the date of

your event.

C A N C E L A T I O N P O L I C YIn the unlikely event of cancellation please take into account there is a 100% cancellation charge

if cancelling 1 month before your booked date.

A M E N D M E N T SAmendments to guest numbers made after payment of the balance must be confirmed to the

venue in writing and at least 7 working days prior to your event. Please notify us of reductions to guest numbers at least 48 hours before the event. Changes made after this will be charged at full

menu price.

S E R V I C E C H A R G EWe charge a reasonable 12.5% service charge to your final food and drinks bill. We think that by

the end of your event you’ll agree our staff deserve it!
