Dear Homeowner, It’s already March and the real estate market activity is looking very bright for 2010. The First Home Buyer's Boost brought many new property owners into the market place in 2009. lt has now ended yet the original First Homeowners grant of $7000 remains. We are currently on the look-out for new properties to present to those potential buyers still here and waiting to secure property. WHO IS GAVIN BLAKE “Enthusiasm, Commitment, Professionalism, Informed and Hassle Free” are the words of one client to recently describe Gavin’s ability to sell their childhood family home.
