Admissions Discharges Transfers (ADT)This interface gives facilies the ability to send paent demographic informaon, admission dates, and physician informaon to a Casamba-hosted secure site on regular intervals, which are then automacally imported into the Casamba database.
Diagnosis Codes (Medical & Treatment) & PhysiciansThe Dx Code interface provides the automac transmission of resident Medical Diagnosis codes. Medical Diagnosis from Point Click Care are highlighted in Casamba. Physicians are also delivered to Casamba’s Physician Maintenance.
Minimum Data Set (MDS) – Section O & GGThis interface imports therapy data from Smart into Point Click Care MDS, providing a holisc view into completed therapy services for a resident’s open assessment.
Daily Minute ImportMinutes billed daily imports from Casamba Skilled into Point Click Care nightly, providing a comprehensive view of charges entered for residents.
Planned Minutes Import/Future AppointmentsPlanned minutes are sent from Casamba to Point Click Care to assist with resident planning communicaon between therapy and nursing.
Therapy Document Import (DOCS)The Therapy Document Import populates Point Click Care with therapy documentaon associated with the resident’s care. Documents are saved as part of the residents’ electronic health record, allowing facility staff access to the resident’s therapy records within the EHR. Documents include Plan of Care, Updated & Supplemental Plan of Care, Therapist & Assistant PrProgress Reports, Addendum Note, Discharge Summary, Service Log, and Daily Therapy Notes. Physician electronic-signed documents via the Physician Portal are also available within Point Click Care.
