DAILY PRAYER FOR FR. BRIAN
I would like to let him know that the people of
our two parishes are praying for him EACH
DAY. One prayer a day, that’s all. That would be
GREAT! I know he will feel very supported by
your effort.
Thank you.

THE VIRUS: A CAUTIOUS APPROACH
As noted last week at Mass, several decisions
have been passed down from the Cardinal
regarding the new virus and mass attendance.
1. The cup is suspended.
2. The Kiss of Peace is suspended.
3. Communicants are asked to receive in the
hand, not the tongue.
4. If anyone feels attending Mass is of serious
concern for their health, the obligation to attend
is suspended for now. Let us continue to pray for
a resolution to this pandemic that will allevi-
ate our nervousness.

Cardinal Seán calls on us to support the annual
Catholic Appeal. The success of the Appeal is vital
in funding the 51 central ministries that provide
assistance to our parishes, schools, and communi-
ties in a variety of ways. Every gift, regardless of
the size, is meaningful and can make an impact.
Your participation in this weekend’s campaign is
very much appreciated by our parish and the
thousands that are served through the Archdio-
cesean Central Ministries. Thank you for your
