A.Provide participants with colored construction paper and pairs of scissors.
B.Each color will represent a specific airline: YELLOW AIRLINE; BLUE AIRLINE; ORANGE AIRLINE ; RED AIRLINE
C.Make your own paper airplanes.D.Write on your paper airplane four (4)
keywords about your learning during the five-day training.
Fly your planes in different direction inside the hall, amidst the crowd.
Pick up one paper airplane that lands near you, then write two (2) additional keywords representing your learning. Then, fly again the paper plane to another direction. Do it twice.
After writing keywords on the third paper plane that you get, park the plane on the designated wall airport which matches to the color of the plane.
Ask one representative from each group to read the learnings they have written on the plane.
SYNTHESIS and CLOSURE: Acknowledge and appreciate the
participants’ openness and honesty in sharing their learnings and briefly relate them to the training objectives.
Present on PowerPoint: A Story of a Carpenter
Distribute the pledge of commitment form. Let the participants write their own commitment as advocates and implementors of K-12 basic education curriculum.
