Why we’re doing this process?

Good practice
• Ensure communities, voluntary sector & statutory services work together to plan, design, develop, deliver and evaluate initiatives
• Building relationships takes time• Reflect the diversity of the community• Make it as easy as possible for people to get
involved• Feed back the results to the local communities

Why we’re doing this process?
• The 5 year forward view for mental health. February 2016 suggests that local communities develop Mental Health Prevention plans based on local need, and that there is co-production to ensure services are accessible and appropriate for people of all backgrounds
