Hello SJS Families
What a great day to be Dutchmen! As we roll into the new year, we are so grateful to have Jesus Christ in our lives as we navigate through these challenging times. As stated often here at SJS, “We fear nothing because God is with us!”.
As in-person learning continues, I want to send a tremendously huge “THANK YOU” to all our families for your help in making this school year a success. Battling COVID is a team effort that requires all stakeholders (parents, families, students, teachers, staff, and community) to do their part. I appreciate the honest conversations I have had with families and the sacrifices they have made to make this school year work.
It is hard to believe that it is already the middle of January. Even though it remains cold, we know in our hearts that soon it will be Spring. We will continue to work and pray together to ensure the school year continues with in-person learning to benefit the educational, emotional, physical, and spiritual growth of our students.

Dear Lord, as we face our opponents, may we play our hearts out and give 100% effort on the court. May we be

Snowman artwork created by the 5th grade students
The Trinity Snowman When you see a snowman three snowballs round, He is reminding you that in God, Three in One are found.
The bottom reminds us of God the Father, our strong rock and foundation, The Creator of all living things, people, tribes and nations.
The middle shows us God the Son with His arms spread open wide, Who died on the cross for each of us, our sins Jesus’ blood did hide.
The head reminds us of God the Holy Spirit, who is our counselor and friend, He speaks to our hearts and minds, transforming us in the likeness of Him.
So when you see a snowman in the midst of all the wintertime fun, Listen carefully and he’ll tell you, “Remember, God is Three in One”.
