THE INCREASING REALITY

The EnergyMizer® uses a state of the art technology to actively monitor and improve the power usage in your business. Our energy reduction system corrects spikes in the electricity you pay for and creates a uniform leveled power draw, thereby converting unusable wasted power to usable electricity. In other words, electricity is stored, flattened and released as needed, yielding optimal efficiency.

FUNCTIONS OF THE ENERGYMIZER®

The EnergyMizer® performs the following functions, resulting in guaranteed 8% savings in power consumption.

1 Magnetic phase balancing of voltage to reduce demand, noise and waste in loads;

2 Harmonic filtering of non-power currents to reduce the billed Kilowatt Hour demand;

3 Transient voltage conversion by capturing surges and redistributing as usable power;

4 Resonance-free power factor correction to reduce reactive non-power demand;

5 Reduced load currents yielding lower peak demand and subsequent charges.

EMF REDUCTION OFTEN OVERLOOKED

The EnergyMizer® works primarily for inductive loads in commercial or industrial environments. In an inductive load, the alternating load current lags behind the alternating voltage. Inductive loads cause excessive voltages, pull a large amount of current when first energized and typically run very inefficiently.

SAVINGS GUARANTEE

If after the first 12 months from installation there is not an average monthly reduction of at least 8% in Kilowatt Hour consumption or billing charge amount, EMS will retroactively adjust the rent or purchase price to match the percentage difference between the actual reduction and the guaranteed 8% savings.

i.e. In a rental situation, if actual reduction is 6%, past and future rent payments will be refunded/reduced by 25% for the term of the rent agreement.
