PLASTISOL COATING

A plastisol coating is permanently fused to the steel foundation, creating an impervious rust-proof barrier. The oven-cured plastisol has an average thickness of 120 mils for our standard Fusion Advantage finish. The low-profile Fusion Advantage finish has a sleek 25 mils of plastisol.

POWDER COATING

Finally, the plastisol is encapsulated with a richly tinted, high- performance powder coating that creates a seal against the elements and provides a finish that is unmatched in durability.
