rdThe most nail-biting event was the 3 Garodia Cup that took place from the th th12 to 18 of April, 2012. Over 60 schools participated in the tournament.

P. G. Garodia won the first place in the Basketball U/16 category. Chief Guest was Mr. Mark Fox, Principal of Garodia International Centre for Learning.

Basketball U/13 Boys team were the runners up in the Garodia Cup.

GENIUS MINDSJunior Quiz 2012 Senior Quiz 2012

The enthusiastic four houses had shown their best performance in the Junior Interhouse Quiz Competition. The blue house emerged triumphant. The winners were Aman Varma, Aschynt Pajankar and Rahil Mehta.

Senior quiz was won by Bhumik Kothari, Jainam Shah and Poojan Sarvaiya of Red House.

Tanvi Shah and Rahil Shah participated in the Spell Bee at the district level st ndand won 1 and 2 prizes respectively.

Garodians actively participated in the Gregorian Odyssey on the th th28 and 29 of July and won prizes in various categories.

A Model United Nations was held at the Amulakh School by the Mumbai Shivaji Park Rotaract Club. 9 students participated. Rahil Shah won the best debator, Utsavi Zatakia won runner-up Best Speaker and Neel Mehta, Bhumik Kothari and Het Dedhia won the runners up best team.

talk on 'Motivational Skills'.

leader.

• A talk on how to teach in an innovative way by using various teaching aids was conducted by Mrs. Bharati Mehta

for primary staff.

• Mrs. Bharati Mehta conducted a workshop on “Mind Mapping” for primary and secondary staff.

• A workshop on Infinitheism was conducted by Mr. T. T. Rangaraja and attended by Mrs. Dipti Panchal and Mrs.

• P.T.A. Annual General Meeting was held. A talk on “Dynamic Parenting” was conducted by Dr. Shobha Doshi of Sri

Sathya Sai Seva Organisation.
