A glass bead is a like a lens that can embody and reflect any thought, highlighting its essence or individual qualities.

The glass beads can have billions of meanings, and this gives us endless game variations!

PLAY VS GAME

Each GAME has a certain set of rules and mechanics. While PLAY is free for interpretation, it’s more cosmic and open-ended. GAME has a predictable

resolution, while PLAY allows for emergence of novelty and surprise.

Playfulness is a natural state of the human mind. The GLASS BEAD GAME is on the borderline between PLAY and GAME. Creating games

becomes a game in itself. By this, players turn into creators.
