3. CANDIDATE SKILLS – Are they able to do the job! Whatqualification and experience do they have forthe position we are recruiting. The GO2 People tailoredinterview questions, reference checking and VOCassessments are key indicators that help in the assessmentof skills.

4. CANDIDATES ATTITUDE – Are they willing to do the job,will they follow instructions and fit into ourclient’s culture. From the moment we communicate withour candidates at phone screening stage, through to howcompletion of the one on one interview we are assessingattitude and the candidate’s ability to follow instructions.This is followed through our reference checking process andonly once everything is completed and we are fully satisfied,
