Sensors, Cameras, Meters identify whether or not a space is paid or occupied.
Data is transmitted to a central server.
A smartphone app can be used to request a spot and guide the driver to a free space.
Parking Rights are paid through the app.
Permits are linked up for resident parking, Visitor permits, and more.
Control traffic and restrict access for areas such as loading zones and residential districts.
Reduced costs - stop & go

Fixed LPR for Off-Street ParkingSharing payment data with enforcement systems:
Payment data can be shared with gating systems eliminating the need for human intervention.
More efficient enforcement. A better user experience for the parker: pay and go without stopping at the gate for validation
Officers, gates allows officers to use targeted enforcement to maximize resources. This is especially desired when covering multiple lots

Fixed / Vehicle LPRSmart Parking by Leveraging Data
• Efficiently manages human resources by making sure they are deployed to the right place at the right time based on proximity to vehicle in violation and geographic location of parking officer
• Scales up productivity by maximizing the volume of data collection and redistribution
• Makes a serious dent in efforts to reduce congestion
Sharing enforcement data to a fleet of officers intelligently:

Smart Timing EnforcementSmart Parking by Leveraging Data
• Capitalize on data and resource sharing with officers in the right at the right time; creates a network of timing data that can be shared among teams working the same shift.
• Shared timing allows officers to better take advantage of the time remaining on a shift to maximize coverage. Moreover, timing data can be carried over to the next shift so timings are not lost.
An intelligent use of data and time
Timing records created by any officer and ALPR vehicles will be saved on the server in real time mode.
ALPR vehicles are not going to verify timing records on the server because of the volume generated by each ALPR. They will continue to work in the local mode. The main goal of ALPR will be the non-stop plates reading:
Officers request the list of all active timings by zone or street or radius which is based on a GPS position.
Radius based on a GPS position
Shared Timings

Timings are downloaded to devices based on proximity to the timing event through GPS location

Smart Stealth Alerts
Smart Parking by Leveraging Data Smart Stealth Alert
• Protects and ensures safety of parking officer by removing them from the equation
• Piggy-backing technology saves the city money by maximizing how data is shared
Data on wanted vehicles and vehicles of interest are sent to Police ‘behind-the-scenes’ using LPR technology:

AutoScoff Alerts
What is AutoScoff Alert?
• Fully integrated add-on to enhance pay by plate system
• Unifies parking software with tow and booting services
Core Benefits
• The system improves compliance
• Discourages abuse of parking privileges and curbs behavior of parkers who do not pay for parking fines
• Improves productivity of parking officers
• Reduces operational costs by simplifying the scofflaw alert and dispatch process while reducing human intervention and risk of human error
Premium Feature and Differentiator
The automatic notification removes the officer from the cumbersome process of managing alerts, with no human interaction; alerts are triggered sent and tow dispatched without the officer being aware of it. The entire process happens ‘behind the scenes’ for a faster streamlined process.
Automatic Notification • Improves workflow and
saves time when communicating between the city and third party services
• Allows foot and vehicle License Plate Recognition (LPR) parking officers to conduct continuous ‘sweeps’ of zones without disruption. Rather than wait for a 3rd party service to arrive to collect or boot the vehicle, officers continue on their regular beat scanning plates and issuing tickets without disruption
- The eticket application does a plate verify
- Any scofflaw information attached to the plate is immediately available
What happens when a PEO does a plate verify and there’s an alert?
- the eticket software automatically triggers a scofflaw alert ‘behind the scenes’
- There is no involvement of the enforcement officer.
How it Works
Information on the vehicle, and location are sent in real time and dispatched by
the back office system for towing or booting.
The communication is auto-generated by an SMS sent directly to the tow/boot
operator.
How it Works
Results –
With pay by plate integration, our coverage
has increased allowing us to leverage the full power of
AutoScoff Alert and with Stealth Alert Dispatch it has helped us collaborate with
Police departments searching for vehicles of
interest and wanted criminals.
