Meeting August l4,20ll at the Boulder Junction Musky Days Fly-In
Meeting: called to order at 1:40 p.m. by President Keith Mathews, after a good lunch of Darko chicken and all the frxins.Before the lunch Arden Krueger read Bill Markstrom's poem in mernory of Bob Payzer and Steve Krueger, President of UL 75announced that the Musky Days F$-In will continue to be an annual event, funded by UL 75. At least 19 members werepresent at the meeting.
Minutes: Keith asked if there were any additions or corrections to t}e minutes from the July meeting as were printed in theAugust Haymeadow Flyer- There werenone.
Treasureros Report: Motion made to approve the July treasurer's report as printed in the August Haymeadow Flyer.Passed.

Young Eagle Report: Syd reported 1,638,674 have been flown worldwide to date. He said that the only upcoming flight rallycurrently scheduled is the Antigo Air Show Young Eagle Flight Rally on Sept. 24.

Website Information -- Keith said that he would contact Jerry Hoganson, our webmaster, to find out how the websitemodification is going.
Board Meeting - The Chapter Board of Directors will meet on August 19 to discuss the Payzer gift and Chapter by-lawupdates.

Bob Payzer GiftSo far we have received 20 suggestions for the use of the Bob Payzer gift. The Chapter 640 Board of Directors met
on June 24 and decided on a schedule of the steps to handle the money issue. The Board met again in August to
distill the ideas down to summaries, which will be available at the September meeting.1. We will discuss the ideas at the September meeting.2. We will vote for the final idea at the November meeting.
