About usThe company PRO.CO.I.M. LTD was established in 1997.It is based on decades of experience of its founders, gained in one of the major Italian company, specialized in the manufacture of complete handling systems. Initially, the company has been dedicated particularly to the construction of a metal structure processed of the machine tool and not, revamping machinery, machinery moving, production lines and industrial assembly in general.

Subsequently the PRO.CO.I.M. SRL has faced and realized more and more complex works in the spirit of providing the customer with a global solution in order to address and resolve the whole of technical issues, planning and execution of a work, coming to designing an entire airport.

Currently the company PRO.CO.I.M. SRL is part of a Group including Carpenteria Colombo and Impianti Draganti Italia and can guarantee to its customers very complete services in the field of handling and Infrastructure connected to it, providing innovative and comprehensive solutions both in the civil works sector and plant engineering.

Sea Aeroporti Milano Spa gave us the assembly of AIRCARGOdismantledandintodesuetude,includingtheroofstructure. To complete the assembly, we overhauled the electromechanical components, including software, and in carpentry structure to adapt the system to new safety regulations and the new requirements of use. (Note. The facilityAIRCARGO.Airportisthespacededicatedtothegoods that connects the area where the incoming trucks download the goods with that in which the goods are loadedontheaircraft).

Special plant AIR CARGO we realized for the MilanMalpensa Airport: you can see the areas for incomingtrucks and the the areas for the delivery of goods and those for the movement of goods until their loading on the aircraft.

PROCOIM (Dredgers, Equipments and AccessoriesIndustry)producesdredgersandacts inthedesignandin the manufacture of every type of plant suitable for the extraction of sand and gravel through dredging pumps and plants for the transport and the selection of aggregates.

The Company is also specialized in the overhauling and in the maintenance of the existing plants including supply of the spare parts and the fittings of the dredging pumps, produced by her own. PROCOIM has developed some new material types consisting in wear resistant alloys, in order to achieve a better operation life.

The experience and the advanced technology of the hydroextracting engineering achieved by application and research that has been lasting for many years, along with a good geological knowledge, now enable PROCOIM to manufacture plants that meet the operator requirements in the quarry and in all different dredging types too.

Standard dredgers production is avoided and special dredgers are manufactured according to her client requirement and according to soil nature.

Thanks to the ability and the experience of their technicians, PROCOIM is able to solve every problem and to recommend the right dredger type, with all production and operation guarantees. The high specialization will be the guarantee for a good manufacture, maintenance and service for every dredging and digging type.

Despite being a newly established company, PROCOIM can count on the experience of its Technical Staff who can boast the construction of over 180 different types of dredges:

Dredging field

Hereisshowntheconstructionphaseofthemetalbearingstructure of a building for the storage of goods (completely dismantled), we have designed following earthquakeresistance specifications. The building is located within the ‘InternationalAirportofRiminiandSanMarino“FedericoFellini”.

OnrequestSeaAeroportiMilanowehaveachievedintheouter part of the airport of Milan Linate a loading shelter Taxi; the metallic support structure was covered with special glass and equipped with night lighting.

Infrastructure

Pirelli Cavi Spa commissioned us to design and build a prototype of a device that allows the operator completely safe to lock and unlock the punch of a completely safe injection press.

For handling the pallets in airport areas dedicated togoods in transit, we designed a system using balls instead of rollers. In this way, the pallets can be moved or rotated, as needed, directly by the operator, without the aid of electric motors.

Rotolito Spa has entrusted the construction of a shuttle for moving rail within an automated warehouse for the movement of large rolls of paper destined to printing on rotary press.

TheInternationalAirportofRiminiandSanMarino“FedericoFellini” gave us the mandate to study and implement arationalization of the areas of the airport. The mandate was also extended to the construction of new benches Ceck-in, complete with conveyor belts to facilitate the boarding of passenger baggage in transit.

The Rimini San Marino International Airport “FedericoFellini”toaddresstheadditionalpassengertrafficduetothe closure for three months of the airport of Bologna, he has entrusted us with the task of creating an air terminal expansion, especially the Air check- in it built undermarquee, complete with conveyor belts for boarding baggage of passengers departing from the airport.

PrysmianSpa(formerPirelliCaviSpa)askedustoreviewand install a complete line for the production of cables at the plant in Merlin, Prysmian Stab-Merlin.

Pirelli Cavi Spa has instructed us to regenerate a machine calledHeadtobindup,usedfortheproductionofspecialcables coated with aluminum strips.

ForPirelliCaviSpaweperformedacompleteoverhaulofamachineusedincablemanufacturinglinecalledFlywheelof Tyre, the machinery used to advance the cable into the processing line.

Pirelli Cavi Spa has prompted us to overhaul a stranding of 18 coils, a machine that can weave copper flexible and rigid cables, aluminum, and galvanized steel andaluminum alloys. A stranding can be equipped with heads forcompacting sectoral cables, straight and pre spiraled.
