Introduction Another  Interna+onal  Congress  is  behind  us  and  in  the  following  short  document  we  are  summarizing  the  learning  from  this  conference  based  on  the  feedback  from  the  physical  delegates.    As  AIESEC  Interna+onal  we  are  really  sa+sfied  that  this  years  IC  was  so  successful.   Especially   because   this   year   we   have   taken   a   courageous  decision  of  running  this  congress    completely    in    a  different    way.    Basing  the  whole  conference  on  our  yearly  plan  and  the  purpose  which  we  believe  is  not  just  a  plan  of  21  people  in  RoGerdam  but  the  plan  and  the  purpose  of  the  whole  genera+on.  That  is  why  Believe.  Together  we  Achieve  was  the  main  moGo  of  the  conference.      We  are  ready  to  learn  from  Interna+onal  Congress  and  also  to  make  all  the  plans  and  promises  reality.  One  of  the  most  sa+sfying  things   for  us  was  to  see  how  many  people  have  been  bringing   IC  back  home  and  replica+ng  the  ways  we  have  delivered  sessions  by  back  in  their  conferences  home.    We  would   like  to  thank  all   the  delegates  who  have  filled  the   feedback  survey  and  allowed  us  to   learn   from  this  amazing  experience  and  realize  what  were  the  key  successes  and  which  things  we  can  make  even  beGer  for  our  next  conferences.  We  will  be  launching  next  survey  in  January  to  evaluate  the  real  impact  IC  have  brought.     We  hope  you  enjoy  this  report!

It  was  really  inspiring  on  how  businesses  can  benefit  the  society  and  make  posi+ve  changes.  

I  really  iden+fied  with  them  because  we  have  the  same  

values!  

I've  never  seen  a  partner  talking  with  so  much  passion  about  

AIESEC!    

Where  diversity  and  

opportuni+es  meet…  

The  value  of  PwC  inves+ng  in  rela+onships  is  something  we  

observe  every  year  working  with  this  amazing  company,  and  we  experience  on  our  own  example  how  much  it  means  for  them  -­‐-­‐  that  really  great  to  see  that  

company  actually  stays  close  to  its  values.  

I  was  impressed  by  their  aGude  to  work,  by  atmosphere.  They  doing  great  things.  And  now  I    have  a  

dream  to  work  in  DHL.
