中国の内陸部に位置する四川省はその独特の地形と豊かな自然から「天府之国」と称されています。九寨溝（きゅうさいこう）やジャイアントパンダ保護区などの世界遺産はもちろん、麻婆豆腐などに代表される四川料理も世界中に知られています。
今回のイベントでは豊富な自然資源と悠久の歴史を持つ四川省の魅力を一気にお届けします！四川出身者や本格四川料理のシェフによるプレゼン、 普段めったに見られない四川発祥と言われている伝統芸能「変面（へんめん）」のパフォーマンスもあります！
イベント後半は、本格四川レストランよりご提供いただいた料理に舌鼓を打ちながら、参加者同士の交流を楽しむカフェタイムもあります。四川省のみならず、中国文化をもっと知りたい方、中国旅行を考えている方、ぜひ遊びに来てください！
Sichuan province, lying in the inland area of China, is called "The Land of Abundance” for its unique natural scenery and lush environments, including Jiuzhaigou National Park, Giant Panda nature reserve and the world-famous spicy Sichuan food. In this event, we want you to feel the charms of Sichuan’s abundance both in nature and heritage. There will be presentations by international students from Sichuan as well as by a chef of an authentic Sichuan restaurant here in Tokyo, and the highlight of this event will be a rare Sichuanese "Bian Lian (Face Change) Opera" performance. Later in the event, we will have a café time with food kindly provided by our guest Sichuanese restaurant chef.
