RAY’S REMARKS:
*REMEMBER OUR NEW TIME FOR EVENING WORSHIP!STARTING THIS SUNDAY WE WILL MEET AT 5:00 P.M.*
Well, we certainly got a gusher last night. It has been a while sincewe had a storm like that. However, we actually needed the rain and I’mthankful that overall the storm was not that deadly.
We have had such beautiful weather lately. I can’t believe that mygrass is starting to green. I also noticed that many of the trees are begin-ning to bud. If we continue to have this mild weather, Spring will be herebefore you know it, if it isn’t already here. However, you know how theOzarks can be, it may snow next week. I continue to thank God for our family at Kansas Expressway. Thisyear has started out to be a very peaceful and calm year. Everyone contin-ues to remain cheerful with an obvious Christ-like spirit amongst our family.May we continue to show such love and care toward one another as God’sfamily. How special it is to have one another and to be there for each otherthroughout our daily lives. May we always exemplify these Godly character-istics toward each other, that we might express our sincere love for oneanother, please God and be found faithful in His sight. We are truly blessedto be a part of the family at K.E. With this in mind, let me remind us all to keep those of our numberwith special needs in prayer. Especially, let’s continue to remember sisterRetha as she recovers from her surgery. Also, let’s remember sister Fredaas she awaits results from her text. There are many others on our prayerlist, so let’s take full advantage of the avenue of prayer and do our best tokeep these important needs before the throne of God. Finally, let me encourage us all to make the most of this new monthwhich begins tomorrow. I hope and pray that March will bring you greatblessings and profitability in life and in the service of God. Why not make alittle more effort and give a little more time to be more involved? Are youwilling to grow more as a Christian and to do more in the Kingdom of God?Why not start today!
Well, I look forward to seeing you Sunday. I hope you will be presentand I pray you will make full preparation to give God your very best. Whatbetter place could we be this Lord’s Day than before God’s throne with ourchurch family? God bless.
*Ray Sullins*
Elder's Corner:The elders want to thank all of the
congregation for your attendance and sup-porting the work at K.E.
We have a lot of work to do this springin maintaining our building. Already we haveworked on our roof. We need to have ourparking lot sealed and striped. These are afew of the things we can do if we continueto meet our budget.
Keep Cindy Sullins in your prayers asshe is tending to her parents. Also, brotherWesley Ewing as his mother is having serioushealth problems.
Keep all of our members in yourprayers that are having health problems.
See you on the Lord’s Day, and don’tforget to assemble at 5:00 p.m. Sundayinstead of 6:00!

Too BusyToo busy to read the Bible,
Too busy to wait and pray;
Too busy to speak out kindly
To someone along the way.
Too busy with care and struggles
To think of the life to come
Too busy with worldly cares
To plan for a Heavenly Home.
Too busy to help a brother
Who faces the winter blast;
Too busy to share the burdens
When self in the balance is cast.
Too busy for all that is holy
On earth beneath the sky,
Too busy to serve the Master,
But not too busy to die!
