The VillasCANDELA WAS BORN OF A DREAM TO CREATE A SPACE THAT PAID HOMAGE TO THE MAYAN CULTURE AND BROKE FROM THE TREND THAT PERMEATES TULUM OF CLUTTERED, INVASIVE URBAN DEVELOPMENTS.
OUR AIM WITH THIS PROJECT WAS TO LEAVE A MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF GREENERY UNTOUCHED IN ORDER TO PROVIDE RESIDENTS WITH THE ULTIMATE AMENITY: NATURE.
THE RESULT WAS 12 LUXURY HOMES ACROSS 2.5 ACRES OF LAND, OF WHICH 71% IS PRESERVED JUNGLE.
INSPIRED BY MAYAN ARCHAEOLOGICAL RUINS, THE HOUSES FOLLOW A PYRAMIDAL STRUCTURE, WITH EACH FLOOR OFFERING AMPLE TERRACES WHERE ONE CAN ENJOY DISTINCT VIEWS OF THE JUNGLE.
