PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk. (TELKOM) is TIME (telecommunications, information, media and edutainment) service provider in Indonesia, owned by the government of Indonesia (52,47%) and public shareholders (47,53%)
At the end of the year 2008, TELKOM’s public shareholders comprised of foreign investors (83,79% mostly US investors) and local investors (16,21%).
The market capitalization reached 6.47% of the market capitalization of Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX)
TELKOM listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), London Stock Exchange (LSE) and New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) and Tokyo Stock Exchange (POWL) in November 14, 1995.
