The Lovely You Talk Show is currently broadcast over Harvest Radio WKMB 1070AM and www.harvestglobalnetwork.com, every Thursday from 10-11am. The show features community spot lights, pageantry, self-improvement, and encouraging music, inspirational words, along with guests and makeover tips (HOW TO BE YOUR BEST)and so much more….

The Show assists the community and listenership with positive and motivating words each week. Elise Counts the Director of the Lovely You Program based in Plainfield, New Jersey, strives to reach our youth and raise their levels of confidence, motivation and dedication to themselves.

The Lovely You program has introduced self esteem and enrichment programs to the local educational system, city recreation departments, evening classes and now the airwaves. Assisting the Mayor of Plainfield with hosting events, along with the youth for their empowerment programs.

We need to continue such a program to help our youth in their struggle for confidence. The program and the words of encouragement are only a small but important role to help our leaders, our future.

The listeners have enjoyed the show with great response of the motivational and inspirational tips that have been given, and look forward to each week.

We hope to keep the Lovely You Show available not only for our youth but for the adults that can mentor our youth into our future.

have a mix of musical hits and timeless classics. WKMB enjoys a long steady reputation as Central Jersey premier Gospel radio station. We are active in the community, hosting free concerts and events. We also host a Christmas service where we feed the community, the community basketball tournament and the toy drive for a children in a specialized hospital. ELISE’S BIO:

Elise studied dance at the Joffrey Ballet at Carnegie Hall, which forwarded her the opportunity to learn from the top teachers brought in from Europe. Although Ballet was her passion she went on to study, African Dance, Modern and Jazz. As she grew in her studies and the program, she started choreographing at an early age, for schools, dance troupes and festivals. She was awarded her own dance troupe for competition in school. She has choreographed over the years for Pageants, Fashion Shows, Theatre companies, and coached privately for competition dance troupes.

Elise started studying Acting in Theatre and starred in many plays along with Directing and Producing Plays with the All Children’s Dance Theatre. Coached public speaking courses and coached for tv, commercials and film parts.

Elise entered into Pageantry after studying at Barbizon, she went on to win local, State and County titles. She then became an instructor and then a Director at Barbizon, with holding classes outside at separate facilities. She has produced several National Barbizon Fashion Shows, including State & National Pageants. While coaching many students privately she has utilized her techniques to produce many titleholders in her students. She has gone on to Judge for the Miss America Pageant, County and State seats. As a talent scout and modeling promoter, she still continues to serve as a judge. Adding to her pageantry resume she has created a new cultural pageant, Queens Pageant. Expanding and bridging our cultural gaps and increasing academic knowledge in Pageants. Along with her partner Ceylone Boothe MTV /Made pageant coach, their goal is to produce a pageant that is unlike all others: WWW.NORTHERNATLANTICPAGEANTS.COM

Elise has modeled for magazines, brochures, schools and fashion shows. As she continued to learn the art of modeling she was able to start producing her own Fashion Shows. She opened Total Expressions her own company in 1991 presenting fashion at the malls across NJ & NY. She ventured into the Bridal business and offered her expertise to many bridal companies for their Bridal Fashion Shows. She produced her own Fashion shows for top upcoming designers and held Bridal Expos in NJ.

Elise started Lovely You a Modeling/Etiquette & Mentoring program in NJ and has been fortunate to offer the Modeling & Etiquette courses to many students. She has expanded the classes in the school systems along with recreation with the help of the Mayor of Plainfield, supporters and educators. Coaching and developing students across the tri-state area leading them into success.

Her mission is to enhance the confidence and awareness of our youth today. Gearing their minds towards self-esteem, increase knowledge in personal self-worth, along with enhancing academic capabilities. To enhance ones interpersonal skills, along with their social and future professional presence. Offering scholarship programs to a variety of age groups allowing everyone to fully advance in their growth. Her continued mission is to build strength and levels of confidence to excel in the future. Learning and expanding on the importance of public speaking, etiquette protocol, leadership, self-confidence, attitude, respecting yourself and others, image along with style and manners

Elise has served in NJ/NY as a volunteer for many youth services, giving confidence forums along with donating time for fundraisers and events. Hosting many events for political issues and special fundraisers she continues to lend her expertise in creating a more confident you.

CEYLONE’S BIO:

Founder and National Director of the Ms. Northern Atlantic Pageant System, has over 10 years of experience both in front of and behind the camera. As a seasoned make-up artist and image consultant, Ceylone’s work has been featured in numerous beauty trade publications and music videos. She has also worked as a vocalist performing in pageants, small theater and other musical productions and has served as a judge in several beauty pageants.
