Letter from your Community manager

N e w O n l i n e S e r v i c e s

As the end of the year draws near, I would like to take a moment to show my appreciation to all of our residents at Marlin Cove. Having so many wonderful people in our community provides me with the necessary motivation to project my very best efforts as your Community Manager. Regardless of the length of your residency, your satisfaction with our community is of paramount importance, and I am very much looking forward to another year as your Community Manager. I would like to thank those of you who chose to write about us on Yelp.com. For ours, and many other companies, positive reviews on Yelp are becoming a large factor in determining the level of service provided by on-site personnel. Thanks to your kind words, our staff is encouraged and motivated to go above and beyond. As a renter, I am familiar with the challenges we face living in an area where the cost of living is on the rise. As the Manager of Marlin Cove, I am striving to ensure that our residents experience a quality of residency that is superior to other apartment complexes in the area. We are distinguished amongst our competitors for our convenient location, our first-rate maintenance team and our responsive and professional management. Considering these and other factors, our residents can be assured that the quality of their home at Marlin Cove is much more than average. While it is true that rental prices are rising all over California, I believe that the level of service we provide has never been higher. I encourage all of you to make the most of the services we provide, whether it is phoning in a minor maintenance request, arranging for us to receive your large parcel, or simply enjoying a cup of coffee in the clubhouse. I wish you all a happy and joyous holiday season. -Robin Lee, Community Manager

School’s Back In Session

Just a reminder that the schools in the area are back in session. This means more people walking, biking and crossing streets, so PLEASE give yourself extra time in the morning. Slow down and check for pedestrians at every corner. We can all make a difference in the safety of children in our community.
