In the interest ofpublic service and in exercise of the powers conferred under Article 316 (1) ofthe Constitution of India, read with Sections 4 & 5 of the Mizoram Public Service .~Commission (Conditions of Service) Regulation 1994, the Governor of Mizoramis pleased to appoint Pu Lalnghinglova, Joint Secretary, DP & AR and Pi B.Sangkhumi, Joint Director, Higher and Technical Education as Members, .Mizo- .ram Public Service Commission at a fixed salary of Rs. 23,500/- (Rupees twentythree thousand and five hundred) only per mensem and other allowances at suchrates as admissible to Government servants under the Government of Mizoramfrom time to time from the date of joining the posts. Their terms and conditionsof service will be governed by the Mizoram Public Service Commission (Condi­tions of Service) Regulations. 1994.

The appointments are made against the sanctioned post of Members, Mizo­ram Public Service Commission created vide No. A. 12013/5/876-P&AR(GS)dated 10.11.1987.
