• We have already seen during the past year, change is coming with the NCAA.
• Football is leading the way.• Conferences all want to have a conference championship
game, which can bring in an extra $15-20 million for the conference.
• The BCS conferences have had all the power and in the future with this expansion and realignment, they will have even more.
• There will be 4 super conferences.

Playoffs
• Computers to seed 16 teams to be played at bowl site
• Will start a week after the conference championship games and run on each Saturday, ending on SuperBowl Saturday

Bowl Games
• 20 bowl games are left• 10 Bowl games will be played by the “Big 4” teams
• 10 Bowl games will be played by the “Little 4”
• Each team will be required to have a record of at least 7-5 instead of the current 6-6
• Will be played Tuesday and Thursday during the playoffs
