As far as digital job profiles are concerned, the top three (3) job profiles reported as mostly required by the employers participating in the sample, across industries and countries were: Jr. web Developer, Digital Media Specialist and Data Analyst.

An online self assessment profiling tool has been developed in order to help young women and girls choose the right career path.

- Matching based on a mix of technical and soft skills- The profiling tool analyzes responses and presents options to candidates- A multilingual tool which can be localized based on country specifics- Closely linked to follow-up accredited training
