    Competitive Supreme Sdn Bhd will endeavor to:

    Protect the health and safety ofour fellow employees, supplier,customer and individuals involved in our operations

    Rules and RegulationsRules and regulations

    As we are in automobile industry service line, our daily job is exploring to be a lot of risk. If we dont handle safety inproper,our life will be at a high risk. Below are the rules and regulations by hazard as the guidelines for us to takeprecautions :

    a) Slips and trips

    Do :

    Keep the workplace tidy- clear away tools, used times and airlines after use

    Wear the slip-resistant footwear provided

    Ensure that water from vehicles is cleaned up

    Dont :

    Ignore spillages caused by others

    b) Plant and equipment

    Do

    : Ensure that all equipment is installed, used, regularly inspected and maintained as recommend by the

    manufacturer

    Make sure you are trained to use machinery and equipment correctly

    Dobuy and use reduced-vibraton tools wherever possible and maintain them

    Dont :

    Use machines and equipment unless the correct safeguard are in position (guards and rests on grindingwheels and etc)

    Use any vehicle lifts, lifting plant/ equipment or compressors unless they have a valid certificate of inspectionand through examination from a competent person

    c) Transport

    Do : Keep vehicles and pedestrians apart, provide safe parking for customers and reduce the need for

    reversing.

    Provide an adequate number of traffic routes, of sufficient width and headroom, to allow people and

    vehicles to circulate safely with ease Make a plan of the work area- identify parking and loading areas and directions of travel.

    Dont : Leave vehicles unbraked or unchocked when vehicle lifts or sloping ground

    Start the engine from outside the vehicle. Always start vehicles lifts or sloping ground

    d) Fire and explosionDo : Use proprietary fuel retriever/adaptor when draining petrol from tanks and lines

    Keep the tops/lids on containers of highly flammable liquids

    Store containers of highly flammable liquids in a safe place, in the open air or in a suitable storeroom

    Store gas cylinders in a safe,well ventilated space, preferably outside

    Dont : Drain petrol over, or close to, a pit or drain

    Smoke,weld or carry out other hot work while removing petrol

    Store more that 50 litres of highly flammable liquids in the workroom

    Use petrol/solvents to burn rubbish Spray highly flammable liquid paints in the open workshop or wherether is a risk of fire/explosion

    Emergency Procedures In case of any accident,dangerous occurences, near miss, poisoning and diseases, there are3 way that was taken :

    First Aid A fully stocked first aid kit will always be available to site operatives. The location of first aid

    treatment/qualified first aiders on site and the location of the neareast Accident and Emergencydepartement will be passed to all employees prior to commencement on site.

    999 A safety board showing the universal emergency number are shown in the workshop.

    Departmentof Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) A safety board showing the number of DOSH for reporting any accident, occupational poisoning or

    diseases.

    Emergency Response Plan Outline the basic preparedness steps needed to handle the anticipated emergencies at the workshop
