POWERFUL NEW REALTREE WEBSITE (ADDITIONAL HUNTING WEBSITE)All United Country affiliate hunting listings will be automatically syndicated to the new Realtree United Country Hunting Properties website. Qualified listings are any that include “Hunting” as one of the five SPG property types when inputting the listing in Bullseye.

ADVERTISING OF THE REALTREE WEBSITE (EXTENSIVE NEW ADVERTISING)Qualified listings will be advertised on the Realtree website with no advertising fee. Realtree will advertise this new website extensively on their website, owned TV, digital hunting shows, leading social media sites and throughout their extensive marketing and advertising programs. They are online leaders with page one results for many popular Google hunting searches like “Deer Hunting” or “Turkey Hunting” on a national level. We will all benefit from their significant brand awareness.

REALTREE LICENSING FEE FOR PERFORMANCE (INCREASING YOUR SALES)Realtree is a licensing company. Licensing fees are how they operate their business on all of the 30,000 products utilizing the Realtree brand. Similar to NASCAR, the NFL or NBA they license their brands to other companies to attract new customers with their strong brand awareness.

To compensate Realtree for leveraging their #1 brand awareness, extensive advertising and to help us all increase our hunting property listing competiveness and lead flow, they have agreed to their standard licensing fee. This fee is only due if they deliver a new buyer/seller and a sale from their buyer or seller is completed successfully.

So, if the new Realtree program delivers a new buyer or seller to you and it results in a sold property, they will charge you a 5% licensing fee (5% of the total gross commission earned by you). This entire fee will go to Realtree to fund the exclusive UCRE advertising program. The Home Office will not get any part of this fee. Normal United Country royalties apply to all sales, including sales from the Realtree program.
