CREATING THE NEXT GENERATION OF INDUSTRIAL PARK
SEGRO is delighted to share its plans to redevelop the former Safehouse Self Storage facility at 555 White Hart Lane, which was devastated by a fire in September 2017 and has remained vacant ever since. SEGRO aims to deliver a high-quality, modern industrial park that will, subject to planning consent, create over 255 jobs for the local community.

We are London’s largest industrial developer with over 1.2 million m² (13.5 million ft²) of space which is home to 450 customers employing around 25,000 people.

JOB CREATION AND TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES
The delivery of SEGRO Park Tottenham will help generate over 255 jobs. SEGRO will work in partnership with the London Borough of Haringey and local agencies to provide skills and training opportunities for local people, to help them compete for new jobs created by the redevelopment as well as supply chain construction opportunities for local SMEs.
