We offer an extensive range of furniture for hire along with specialist interior decorations, lighting, dance floors, and stages.

WEDDING MARQUEESWe know that this is your special day and it is our aim to take it one step further and provide a streamlined and complete service. We can offer a personalised package to suit your own specification.

Prior to your wedding and to help you visualise the marquee interior, we will provide you with a 2D and 3D plan showing the table layout along with the position of the dance floor, stage, reception and bar area if applicable.

CORPORATE MARQUEESOxford Marquees have a wealth of experience covering corporate and commercial events across the south of England.

We have supplied temporary structures for a wide range of business uses, from providing marquees for TV and film shoots through to corporate hospitality units at major sporting events. We will have the solutions and expertise to tailor a package that fits your needs and budget.

PRIVATE MARQUEE HIREIf you are planning a party, ball, christening or celebration you can rest assured that Oxford Marquees has what you need to cover your event in style.

Party tents are available in a wide range of sizes and most sites can accommodate a marquee, we can even provide a sub floor to cover pools and ponds if space is limited.

TRADITIONAL MARQUEES

Manufactured in-house from natural canvas and supported by central king poles, the traditional marquee provide a nostalgic charm for any summer lawn.

LIGHTING HIRELighting plays a major role in setting the mood for marquee events and we have a wide range of lighting equipment to transform the interior atmosphere. Our lighting hire range includes: Chrome and brass chandeliers, chrome and brass wall lights, up-lighters in all colours, LED lighting, fairy lights, star cloth linings, paper lanterns, pin spot lights, internal and external flood lights, mirror balls, gobo imaging, strip lighting and emergency lighting.

FURNITURE HIREWe offer a full range of furniture for hire with or without the rental of a marquee. Our chair hire range includes: Banqueting chairs, bistro chairs, folding chairs, poseur stools, high chairs and rattan loungers. Our table hire range includes: Trestle tables, 3’ 4’ 5’ 5’6” and 6’ round tables, poseur tables, rattan coffee tables, catering and cake tables.

DANCE FLOOR & STAGE HIREWe supply dance floors and stages for hire with or without the rental of a marquee.

Our traditional parquet floors have been a firm favourite for many years. Black and white chequered effect portable dance floors are also stocked in all sizes. Stages, cat walks & podiums can be built to suit your requirements.

OTHER EQUIPMENTBar Tops: Illuminated bar counters provide that extra magical touch to any event.

Heaters: We stock heaters designed especially for the marquee industry, we will advise you on the size and quantity that you will require based on the time of year and the size of your marquee.

Portable toilet hire; We supply portable toilet trailers for hire with or without the rental of a marquee.

We can produce: Marquee walls and roof covers, pool covers, awnings and canopies.

We also specialize in bespoke items too such as: Made-to-measure awnings, pool covers, boat and caravan awnings,

cricket covers, BBQ covers, in fact the list is endless.

LININGS & STAR CLOTHSOur linings are available in White or Ivory pleated trevia and can be complimented with coloured in-fills to match your theme.

We can also transform interior locations such as showrooms, warehouses, village halls and barns into customised settings with the addition of wall and ceiling drapes.

MARQUEE SWATCH CARDWhite or ivory pleated roof and wall linings are available in all traditional and frame marquees. To incorporate an interior colour scheme we can provide a choice of roof in-fills, pelmet and wall drapes in these colour schemes (subject to availability, at the time of booking). This is our standard range but other colours are available which can be specially manufactured in-house, please do not hesitate to ask if you have a particular request.
