. To retain, harness, promote and build Windsor Essex’s young “creative talent” by connecting
them with the community professionally, culturally, civically, and socially, in order to foster an environment in which they can
flourish.

Provide a voice for Windsor Essex’s creative talent, based on ongoing data collection and analysis that will allow us to weigh-in on important issues facing the city in the next decade;
Provide opportunities for local creative talent to develop and implement action-oriented solutions in each of the following areas: professional development, community development, arts and culture and social engagement; and
Continually analyze the demographic trends occurring in the creative talent population and track metrics for the project’s impact on this population to determine which initiatives are successful and ensure continual improvement.
