Summit in ChicagoNagle hosts Ruthman Family of Manufacturers Group

In the �rst week of the new year, the Ruthman Family of Manufacturers met for an informativeseminar on Nagle Pumps at the Nagle facility in Chicago Heights. Bill Hein hosted Dan Csomos,Mike Jones and Scott Mesuk of Ruthman Sales, Gary Smith, Scott Smith from Gusher, Tony Ross Jason Douglas, Scott Thurrott and Tim Triplett representing Deming® and Process Systems, as well as Dick Swanson of Nagle and guests Bob Jennings and Ken Barbusiak from

HydroAire. The informative 2-day event included a seminar by Bill and Dick on the ins and outs of the Nagle line followed by a hands on plant tour and manufacturing demonstrations.

Nagle Weclomes New Reps and Distributors...

On day two, the Ruthman Sales Group got a “nuts and bolts” tour of the Nagle factory, includinga hands-on demonstration of the assembly of a Nagle Vertical Cantilever Pump. The group was well familiarized with the Nagle products up close and personal. Also shown here are a CWO Cantilever ready to ship to Canada and a 10” x 12” KCR Horizontal for Armstrong.

Mining - Our Own Business...

Tony Ross sends these photos of pumps that Deming® and Process Systems will distribute to the mining industry. Below are Process Systems Inc., Industrial Vertical Turbine Pumps, Multi-Series Self-Seal design, 10 stage, model 14Z-1200, complete with dynamically bronze impellers, bronze impreglon bowl bearings, and 416 stainless steel chrome bowl shaft. Base to bottom length (TPL)= 25' to bottom of stainless steel basket strainer. These pumps have a "Self-Seal" 8" x 2-3/16" �anged column assembly. Discharge Head is type F20 x 8" with 8", 300#discharge �ange, discharge head guards, �exible coupling, and a Process Systems High Thrust base assembly used to set adjusted impellers at the factory. These pumps also have a quick disconnect coupling below column cases for ease of installation, accessible through blind �ange on column assembly. These are non-overloading throughout the entire performance curve utilizing a 500 HP, 1800 RPM motor quoted separately, running at1200GPM @ 1050’TDH.

Jason brings over 18 years of pump experience, with 15 of those years as the Design and Development Engineering Manager, Pattern shop manager, and Cad manager for J-Line / American-Marsh Pumps. The last 3 years, Jason has been heavily involved in vertical turbine mining sales and engineering.
