The Kongres Magazine, being a member of the IMRN -‐ Interna'onal Mee'ng Review is introducing a service of a specialised MEETINGS INDUSTRY MEDIA AGENCY, that implements for you services of distribu(on of your PR messages and the crea%on of news. This way we are crea-ng a bridge between interna'onal congress media and mee'ngs des'na'ons and suppliers. Within the IMR Network we cover the area of CENTRAL AND SOUTH EAST EUROPE.
DISTRIBUTION OF NEWS
Unfortunately it happens too o1en that your news do not get appropriate a5en6on.
The main service is the distribu1on of news to all congress and other media through our informa1on system KONGRES MEETINGS MEDIA NETWORK.
Your messages and news are forwarded to over 2000 media contacts, mostly to journalists and editors-‐in-‐chief. Because of this our distribu1on is different to classic direct marke1ng, which you can perform yourselves. For distribu(on of news we are using the following channels:
• Database of 2000 media (expert journals, magazines, bloggers and digital media) • IMRN Daily, sent to some 250.000 addresses of congress organisers • IMRN Weekly, sent to some 370.000 addresses of congress organisers • Kongres E-‐journal, sent monthly to some 38.000 addresses of congress organisers • News aggregators • Own communication system of the Kongres Magazine (database of over 38.000 contacts)
