THE STOCK MARKET. The market seems to have relapsed Into a condi- tion of stagnation as there is no business of any consequence. The daily tendency is toward weaker values. NOTES. The delinquent assessment sale of the Hale & Noi-cross Mining Company will beheld to-day. Bullion valued at $31,876 76 has been received from the Con. Cal. Va., being the clean-up for the July run, during which time they produced $42,713 96. In the Savage, on the 950 level west crosscut 1 started from the north lateral drift 106 feet north of the station is advanced 47 feet: face in por- phyry and clay. The south drift from tne west crosscut from the face of the north drift fourth floor of north upraise Is advanced 32 feet; face is Inlow grade ore. Inthe south drift, 20 feet south of the sill floor southeast drift, they have started an east crosscut on the third floor of the old stopes and advanced the same 10 feet, passing through bunches of good ore. They have timbered tue north lateral drift from the. station to the west crosscut 1and are now timbering the south lateral drift. On the 1050 level in the west crosscut, 15 feet from the face of the main south drift, they continue to stope very good ore from the streak mentioned in the last weekly report. The delinquent assessment sale of the Hale &Noi-cross MiningCompany willbeheld to-day.

Bullion valued at $31,876 76 has been receivedfrom the Con. Cal. <£ Va., being the clean-up forthe July run, during which time they produced$42,713 96.

In the Savage, on the 950 level west crosscut 1started from the north lateral drift 106 feet northof the station is advanced 47 feet: face in por-phyryand clay. The south drift from tne westcrosscut from the face of the north drift fourthfloor of north upraise Is advanced 32 feet; face isInlow grade ore. Inthe south drift, 20 feet southof the sill floor southeast drift, they have startedan east crosscut on the third floor of the old stopesand advanced the same 10 feet, passing throughbunches of good ore. They have timbered tuenorth lateral drift from the. station to the westcrosscut 1and are now timbering the south lateraldrift.

On the 1050 level in the west crosscut, 15 feetfrom the face of the main south drift, they continueto stope very good ore from the streak mentionedin the last weekly report. During the week theyhave hoisted 22 cars of ore; car samples average$75 52 per ton.
