Neu-definierter Büroraum „THE SFERE“WELCOME TO THE WORKING LIFE OF TOMORROW
Interview with Nikolai Walter, Fortress Germany
What sets THE SFERE apart from other office properties?THE SFERE’S unique structure provides an opportunity to think in an entirely new way. That’s why we asked our team to create a futuristic interpretation of the space for tenants. The distinctive atrium areas and open spaces enhance the quality of life in the office. With THE SFERE, we’re offering our clients a holistic campus-style office environment.
How do you think the offices of the future should look? The focus is increasingly on „happy“ employees. Digital de-velopments and the associated options for flexible working call for a rethinking of the company. It means the classic desk will soon be replaced by modular workspaces. Inno-vative companies such as Google have also shown that consciously integrating leisure areas into the office space brings significant benefits in terms of corporate identifica-tion and employee motivation. Inspirational offices in unu-sual settings increase creativity. We wanted to consciously incorporate these findings into THE SFERE. How is this novel working atmosphere reflected in THE SFERE?Through an innovative combination of designated commu-nication areas, a space for creative downtime and an un-conventional layout on different levels, such as designated think-tanks and meeting rooms designed as tree houses. The conscious incorporation of nature is hugely important. We’re pleased to have the opportunity to demonstrate this unusual approach with THE SFERE.
