Incorrect material was used to produce the 5A fuse wire. It should be made of tin-coated copper, however, due to a mix up in the factory, stainless steel wire was used instead. Stainless steel has a different electrical resistance to copper and at normal working current (approximately 2.5A) the fuse wire will glow red hot.

The recalled desktop model numbers are M90z and M70z along with the serial number and manufacturing date code can be found on a label on the underside of the unit.

HAZARD: A defect in an internal component in the power supply can overheat and pose a fire hazard.

INCIDENTS/INJURIES: The firm received reports of one fire incident and one smoke incident in the U.S. No injuries have been reported.

Some metalized capacitors inside the power supplies may be defective, leading to possible overheating and smoke.

Customers should immediately stop using the affected system and unplug it from the power outlet. Consumers with a potentially affected computer should visit http://www.lenovo.com/aiopsurecall or call the Lenovo Support Centre on 131426 noting the serial numbers on the back of their machines and check if the machines are affected. If so, customers should contact the Lenovo Support Centre on 131426 to organise for a replacement of their power supply by Lenovo’s technicians. The technicians will remove the old power supply.

DESCRIPTION: Three AmerTac night lights are being recalled. Each has a model name and two model numbers. The model name and a secondary model number appear only on the packaging. The basic model number appears on the back of the night light. The night lights are rectangular, about 2-3/16 inches high, 3-1/2 inches wide and 1-1/4 inches deep. The front housings for each are either white- or nickel-colored plastic with four horizontal vents and a round light sensor above the top vent. The backs of the night lights are gray plastic with the AmerTac™ logo, the basic model number, "SY" identification code and "ETL" molded into them. Only models bearing "SY" on the back are being recalled. The following night lights are being recalled:

MANUFACTURED IN: China.

HAZARD: An electrical short circuit in the night light can cause it to overheat and smolder or melt, posing fire and burn hazards to consumers.

INCIDENTS/INJURIES: AmerTac has received 25 reports of the night lights smoking, burning, melting and charring. No injuries have been reported.

"GORE Ride-On Professional" is printed on the housing for the Professional System cables. The cables are being recalled only if they were installed on road bikes that use a Campagnolo-style brake lever. The ends, or attachment heads, on the Campagnolo systems have the letters "C" "CC," or "RO" imprinted on them. The following UPC codes are listed on the back of the brake cable boxes and are included in this recall:

MANUFACTURED IN: Taiwan

HAZARD: When the brake cables are installed on Campagnolo® style brake levers, they can detach, causing the brakes to fail and posing a fall hazard.

INCIDENTS/INJURIES: The company is aware of one report of a brake cable detaching. No injuries have been reported.
