Community & Campus Day of Service Annual event started by the University of Illinois Office of Public Engagement. CCDOS 2014 is on Saturday April 5th.

Hundreds of volunteers gather to package hundreds of thousands of meals to be distributed to Champaign-Urbana agencies.

This year’s goal is 147,000 meals. For more info and registration, view here.

The Story We Want to Tell Hunger is a pressing need in the Champaign-Urbana community and in

communities all over the world.

These issues need all our help, and there are lots of ways to give it, on the Day of Service and beyond.

The Illinois community is addressing pressing societal issues through leadership and service.
